Stud Service Terms & Conditions

1Booking & Payment

• Stud fee is payable at the time of mating and is non-refundable.
• The fee covers two matings with the agreed stud dog.

2Free Repeat Mating

If the female dog does not fall pregnant, one free repeat mating is offered.

To qualify for a free repeat mating:

• The female must be ultrasound scanned at 28 days after the original mating.
• The owner must confirm the missed pregnancy by text, message, or email no later than 7 days after the expected due date.
• The free repeat is only valid for the same female, the same owner and the same stud dog.
• If the original stud dog is not available, another stud may be offered at our discretion.
• The free repeat must be taken on the female's next season and within 12 months of the original mating date.

3Contact & Availability

• When the female comes into season, the owner must contact us as soon as possible.
• We cannot guarantee stud availability at short notice.

4Microchip Logging & Records

• The owner agrees that the female's microchip number will be checked and recorded at the first mating.
• For any free repeat mating, the owner must consent to microchip logging again so both matings can be recorded.

5Agreement on the Day

A full stud agreement will be completed and signed on the day of the first mating. By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.
