Stud Service Terms & Conditions

1Booking & Payment

• The stud fee is due at the time of mating. Please note this fee is non-refundable.
• Your fee includes up to two matings with your chosen stud.

2Free Repeat Mating

If your girl doesn't fall pregnant, we're happy to offer one free repeat mating.

Here's what we need for a free repeat:

• Please have your girl scanned around 28 days after mating to confirm pregnancy.
• Just let us know within 7 days of the expected due date if she hasn't had puppies.
• The free repeat applies to the same girl, owner, and stud.
• If your original stud isn't available, we'll do our best to offer an alternative.
• The free repeat needs to be used on her next season, within 12 months of the original mating.

3Contact & Availability

• When your girl comes into season, please give us a shout as soon as you can.
• We'll do our best to accommodate you, but availability can be tricky at short notice.

4Microchip Logging & Records

• We'll check and record your girl's microchip number at the first mating.
• For any free repeat, we'll need to log the microchip again so we can keep proper records of both matings.

5Agreement on the Day

We'll go through a full stud agreement together on the day of the first mating. By booking with us, you're confirming you've read and are happy with these terms.
