Not much going on today, so Archie 🐾 and I headed out for a simple, no-nonsense stroll around Rufford Abbey Country Park in Nottinghamshire 🌳🐕🦺. No rush, no agenda—just fresh air, open space, and a proper walk the way it’s always been done.
The park was calm and easy going, with steady paths, wide views, and plenty for Archie to take in. These quieter outings matter. They keep dogs settled, confident, and well socialised without overdoing it. A steady walk, familiar smells, and time outdoors—nothing fancy, just what works.
Sometimes the best days are the simplest ones.
